Strain characteristics |

|
Breeding Conditions |
Good breeding performance.
|
Genotyping |
(1) PCR: detection of 720 bp band for Venus. Primers are Venus-F: 5’-atggtgagcaagggcgaggagctgt-3’ (25-mer), Venus-R: 5’-ttacttgtacagctcgtccatgccga-3’ (26-mer).
(2) fluorescence detection using fresh tail sample: Venus fluorescence can be detected in myelinated nerve fiber. |
