  Control Strains   Reporter gene Strains
 Gene lacZ: beta-galactosidase, E. coli
Origin This strain was established at Jichi Medical School.
Strain Characteristics This transgenic strain expresses LacZ gene ubiquitously driven by CAG promoter. The majority of expression of the transgene is detected in the skeletal muscle. The strain NBRP No.0280 (line30) is more strongly stained by X-gal staining.
 Breeding Conditions Good breeding performance.
