MHC遺伝子座およびCblb遺伝子座の遺伝子型の判定は、PCR-RFLPを用いて行う。
MHC遺伝子座(2カ所): (1)PCR-RFLP primer, D20Rwh1-F:5'-CACCAACGGGACGCAGCGCAT-3', D20Rwh1-R:5'-CAAGCCGCCGCAGGGAGGTG-3', BssHII digestion. (2)PCR-RFLP primer, RT1Db-F:5'-ACGCAGCGCGTGCGGCTTCT-3', RT1Db-R:5'-GCTCCATGAACTCCTTCTGTTTG-3', DdeI digestion.
Cblb遺伝子座: PCR-RFLP primer, Cblb-F:5'-TGC CCC TTC TGT CGC TGT GA-3', Cblb-R:5'-CCT CGG TTT TGA ATC AAC AG-3', TaqI digestion. |
